Medical + Optical is a privately owned company that has been representing RZ Medizintechnik and Zepf for the past 17 years, Sychem Surgical for over 25 years, and KLS Martin for over 30 years within Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery Times
Stock items for standard orders are dispatched same day; normal lead time ex-Manufacturer 7-10 days and specialty instruments may require a longer lead time.
RZ Medizintechnik
RZ has extensive experience in the Surgical instrument business, with manufacturing in Tuttlingen, Germany, and focus on ‘top of the line’ specialty surgical instruments including Plastic, Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Microsurgical instruments, specialty Orthopaedic and Neuro instruments. There is also an extensive range of laparoscopic instruments and minimally invasive laser enucleation (MILEP) solutions.
RZ instruments are also developed and manufactured in compliance with the most stringent quality requirements, from the initial selection of corrosion resistant chrome steel and the manufacturing and heat treatments right to the final finish, inspection and testing. Trained instrument makers are employed to ensure that instruments meet the stringent regulations that define proper shape, function and finish for its specific clinical application.
